Over the years I have dealt with managing complex people projects in small to large businesses. This includes supporting people changes, introducing new HR systems, Union Negotiation, Auto Enrolment, as well as event management to name but a few.
Employee Relations
Resolving issues such as poor performance, bad attendance, complaints and disciplinary matters. I am experienced with managing Employment Tribunals but more importantly, in helping you to try and avoid the courts!
Training and Development
I can help you and your teams become better at dealing with the people stuff. I design and deliver training and development to business owners, managers and those simply interested in the people stuff to gain a better appreciation of the term “HR”.
